Kowhaiwhai Designs

this year we focusd on kowhaiwhai  designs in our block. I designed my one using bright colors. we made so we can leave something here at school as a gif from us to them.

step 1 we had to paint our designs using only 3 colors, in this picture I used blue, red and green.

Step 2 we had to do the same thing but this time on a wooden board.

Athletics day

On Friday the 10th of November We had athletics day .


On Friday 10th We had athletics and our school is writing about athletics
day. on Friday we did the 100 meter run and we had to line up in your house colour.











And then we had shotput and  discus and high jump  our team colour had to make a song for our colour
and our name for our colour for  athletics is Hine Moana  Hokule'a Te Aurere  hikianalia.

The coolest weekend!

On saturday we went to Hamilton to watch  the Tonga vs Samoa league game with my sister and my cousin. I was happy because Tonga won against Samoa. I was wearing the mate ma'a  Tongan jersey. Then after the game we went to the hotel  and  I went swimming in the spa pool.

Then on sunday we drove back to Auckland  and later that night we went to mission bay
to watch the fireworks. It was cool!

AIM for success

Today we learnt about aiming for success by Mr Andrew Patterson.

Inspiration + Aspiration = Motivation.  I think aiming for success is about having  motivation.

Something I learnt was  about doing good for others = good things will happen to you,

this means to be good and nice to others .
